Trauma-informed language (you are invited to make choices in your session instead of me telling you what to do)
During a session, we may start out with some movement or a meditation to help you feel more connected to your mind and body before verbal processing. I may also incorporate body awareness and somatic parts work during your session as you are verbally processing. Lastly, I may pull up a powerpoint or worksheet and provide psychoeducation on the subject.
I will meet with you in-person in Federal Way, WA or virtually for a one-on-one for a 50 minute session. Depending on your needs, we may meet for a weekly, bi-weekly, or tri-weekly appointments.
